Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

H.U.B.O. is published by SafeRide IQ LLC, a limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information H.U.B.O. ("the App") does — and does not — handle.

2. Data we collect

None. The App has no user accounts, no server of its own, no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

3. Data stored on your device

The App saves game progress, scores, and settings locally on your device so the App works between sessions. That information never leaves your device, and we have no way to access it. Deleting the App deletes this data permanently.

4. Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase management and refunds are handled through Apple.

5. Social media accounts

We run official H.U.B.O. accounts on social platforms, including Instagram. To publish posts to our own accounts and to read the comments people leave on our own posts, we use the platforms' official APIs. This is separate from the App: nothing described here happens inside H.U.B.O., and the App still collects no data.

When someone comments publicly on one of our posts, we see that comment the same way any visitor to our profile does. We use comments only to write public replies and to understand what players want from the game. We do not collect, store, sell, or share commenters' personal information, we do not build profiles of individual people, and we do not use comments for advertising.

We do not send or read direct messages, and we never move conversations off the platform. Every reply we post is written for a general audience rather than an individual, and each one is reviewed by a person before it is published.

Anything you post publicly on a social platform is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy. If you would like a comment of yours removed from one of our posts, email support@saferideiq.com and we will remove it.

6. Children's privacy

Because the App collects no data at all, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. No registration is possible, and no data leaves the device.

7. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
